規(guī)范言行、美化心靈
各位老師、各位同學(xué)，大家好！今天，我們演講的題目是——規(guī)范言行，美化心靈。
Dear teachers and schoolmates, good morning! Today, our topic is –Let’s Regulate our words and deeds，Let’s beautify our mind.
新學(xué)期、新征程，我們肩負(fù)著許多責(zé)任。中學(xué)是我們學(xué)習(xí)知識、歷練意志、健全人格的重要時(shí)期。這個(gè)時(shí)期，我們更需要規(guī)范自己的言行舉止，養(yǎng)成良好的習(xí)慣，美化我們的心靈，為將來的生活打下基礎(chǔ)。紀(jì)律和規(guī)則是生活中必不可少的，沒有這些，就無法規(guī)范自己，規(guī)范他人，這樣社會一定就混亂了，因?yàn)闆]有東西規(guī)范那些壞人，他們就可能為所欲為。
The new term,new journey,we have a lot of responsibilities.Middle School is the most important times for us to learn knowledge，exercise the will and make moral quality perfact.During the time we need to regulate our behavior，form good habits and beautify our mind，lay the foundation for our future.The discipline and rules are essential to life，without them，we can’t regulate ourselves and others.
紀(jì)律和規(guī)則不只是約束我們，而是在糾正我們的錯(cuò)誤，培養(yǎng)我們的良好習(xí)慣，所以，我們要規(guī)范自己的一言一行。
The discipline and rules not only restrain us,but also correct our mistakes,and develop our good habits.So we have to regulate our behavior.
薩克雷說：“播種一種行為，收獲一種習(xí)慣；播種一種習(xí)慣，收獲一種性格；播種一種性格，收獲一種命運(yùn)。”
Thackeray said：sow an action，reap only if we first regulate the behavior,form good habits,can we have good choracter and hold our own fate.
我們首先規(guī)范行為，養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣，才能做到性格決定自己的命運(yùn)?？梢姡@日常的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴，無時(shí)無刻不關(guān)系著我們未來的人生大事。所以，在人生的大好時(shí)光里，我們要珍惜時(shí)間，去學(xué)習(xí)對將來有用的東西，規(guī)范言行，美化心靈。
Obviously，the daily affairs have an important relationship with our future events.So at the great time of our life,Let’s treasure the time,learn useful things for the future.Let’s regulate our words and deeds,let’s beautify our mind.
怎樣規(guī)范我們的言行呢？首先，要尊重師長，孝順父母。作為學(xué)生我們要從心里敬重老師的人格，尊重老師的勞動。上課認(rèn)真聽講，不亂講話，積極回答問題。
How to regulate our behavior？First of all，respect our teachers，filial piety to our parents.As students we should respect the teachers from the heart，respect the teachers personality，respect teachers’ labor，listen carefully in class，class no speaking，answer the questions positively.
做好課前準(zhǔn)備，做好課后練習(xí)，認(rèn)真完成家庭作業(yè)，不敷衍了事。取得良好的成績，就是對老師最大的報(bào)答。
Do the preparation before, and exercises well after class，do homework without carelessness.To make good progress，is the biggest reward to the teacher.
父母是我們?nèi)松牡谝蝗卫蠋?，更?yīng)該敬重和孝順。古人云：“百善孝為先。”要想有良好的道德品質(zhì)，一定要先孝順父母。不與他們發(fā)生矛盾，與他們分擔(dān)憂愁，分享快樂。主動替他們分擔(dān)家務(wù)，都是該做的。
Parents are the first teachers for our lives，more should honor and respect them.The ancients said：hundred good filial first.If you want to have good moral character，be sure to first filial piety.Don’t conflict with them and share the sorrow and happiness with them.It’s our duty to share the housework actively.
其次，是融入集體，鍛煉自己。在集體中，我們要交到學(xué)習(xí)上進(jìn)、為人善良、表里如一的好朋友，并努力讓自己也成為那樣的人。
The next is to integrate into the collective and train yourself.In the collective activity,we should make friends with people who is kind genuine and is hard-working in learning,and we should try to make ourselves to become people like that.
做好班級交給自己的任務(wù)，像值日要認(rèn)真清掃清潔區(qū)，打掃教室衛(wèi)生也要一塵不染。做好每一件小事，養(yǎng)成做事一絲不茍的習(xí)慣，對將來可是大有好處的。
Do the duties well,such as cleaning the clean-work area earnestly and sweeping up the classroom spotlessly，Doing every small things well，and having a habit of being conscientious is good for our future.
最后也是最重要的，就是自己規(guī)范自己，自己要求自己。樹立自信、自尊、自強(qiáng)的自律意識，有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感。
Last but the most important is that we should regulate our behavior consciously，ask ourselves to have properly.Establish confidence,esteem，reliance and discipline consciousness have strong sense of responsibility.
做事要獨(dú)立完成，必要時(shí)也應(yīng)該虛心提問，向他人求助。有公德心，遵守交通規(guī)則，不亂扔垃圾，做到文明禮貌，愛護(hù)公物。
To work independently，if necessary，we should be ready to ask questions，to ask others for help.We should also be public spirited，obey the traffic rules,do not throw rubbish，be have politing take good care of public property.
規(guī)范言行，是我們每個(gè)中學(xué)生都必須要做到的，因?yàn)樗P(guān)系著我們的未來。
Regulating words and deeds is what each student must do,because it affect our future.
我們要從今天做起，培養(yǎng)規(guī)范意識和良好的行為習(xí)慣，提高辨別是非，區(qū)分善惡的能力，真正美化自己的心靈，努力去做一名合格的中學(xué)生！
We should start from today，culture consciousness and the good behavior habit,improve the ability distinguish right from wrong,the difference between good or evil,to beautify our soul，try to be a qualitied Middle School student!
