多讀書，讀好書

敬愛的老師、親愛的同學(xué)們：
大家早上好！
今天我們演講的題目是《多讀書，讀好書》。
前蘇聯(lián)作家高爾基曾說：“書籍是青年人不可分割的生命伴侶和導(dǎo)師”。書，是智慧之匙，為我們打開通向真理的大門；書，是怡情之筆，為我們描繪多彩的世界圖卷；書，是奮斗之梯，為我們架起理想的橋梁。
腹有詩書氣白華，縱觀古今，許多成功人士的例子都激勵人們踏上云游書海的旅程。南宋著名詩人陸游，因為酷愛讀書，在山陰家居時建造一個書房，命名為“書巢”；我國偉大領(lǐng)袖毛主席嗜書如命，房間處處擺放他的書籍，即使在病床上他也堅持閱讀。從小熱愛書籍的海因里希伯爾，一心為汲取知識的甘霖，甚至將用于買面包的錢用于讀書。
一項調(diào)查表明，自20世紀(jì)90年代以來，我國每年人均購書量不到5冊，國民閱讀率連年下降，許多時候，我們享受于科技網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶來的樂趣而忽視了書籍的重要。身為鄭外學(xué)子的我們，為了發(fā)展成為一個“中西文化融合，智慧人格并重”的人，更應(yīng)該多讀書，讀好書。我們可以選擇閱讀古典名著，豐富我們對歷史人文的了解；可以選擇閱讀名人傳記，領(lǐng)悟人生的真諦；還可以通過讀書報告會，來分享讀書心得與體會。
讀書時，隨時在書上批注或摘抄是必要的，還要注意思考書中內(nèi)容與我們學(xué)過知識的聯(lián)系，在閱讀中加強對舊知識的鞏固。我國偉大的文學(xué)家魯迅先生就非常講究讀書方法。他提倡在“泛覽”的基礎(chǔ)上，選擇自己喜愛的書深入研究。在研究中，主張獨立思考，將觀察與實踐相結(jié)合，用“自己的眼睛去讀世間這一部活書，使所讀的書活起來。”
“書讀百遍，其義自見”。打好堅實基礎(chǔ)，熟練掌握知識，再用起來才會得心應(yīng)手。讓我們多讀書、讀好書，奠定走向未來的基礎(chǔ)，最后祝大家讀書之旅，旗開得勝，馬到成功！

Read much，but not too many books
Dear teachers and schoolmates
Good morning!
Today the title of our speech is Read much，but not too many books.
Former Soviet writer Gorky said：“Reading is part of us and books are our best teacher.”Books lead us to the truth and they help us to draw fascinating pictures ,they also make our life colorful and widen our horizon.
Since ancient times, many saints and great people have encouraged people to read. The famous poet, Lu You loved reading so much that he built a house for hiding books known as the Pepper in which he stayed day and night to read books. Our great leader chairman Mao was also into reading and he didn’t put up books even when he was in bed.
A research shows that since 1990s people in China have brought fewer and fewer books and the reading rate was becoming lower and lower . As a student of Zhengzhou Foreign Language Middle School, in order to become better, we need to read more books and read good books. For example Romance of the Three Kingdoms, the Story of Stone, the Journey to the West, Outlaws of the Marsh and so on. These books can help us get knowledge. They can not only open our minds, but also make us cleverer and happier. The more we read, the more we will learn and the brighter our future will become.
It’s necessary to mark a book when we are reading. We should also connect the books with what we have learnt. The great writer Lu Xun has paid attention to reading skills. He thought it is not enough to just read a book by thinking，it is also important to read a book by practicing.
The more time and attention you put on the book, the deeper understanding of the book you will get. Let’s start reading now. And let it become a part of our life!
